Using Help on FamilySearch
Sign into FamilySearch (by sure to sign in- results are different for member or public accounts) Click on the little "question mark icon" in the upper right hand corner. Options include:
Help and Learning- Link to find the Knowledge Articles
Community- Link to community where questions can be posted and answered by others. Note: any one can answer questions there. Watch for those who post links to Knowledge Articles or other websites for validity.
Helper Resources- Link to where you can find specific help for consultants and others including the Consultant Planner.
